Returns & Refunds

We try our best to make sure all items make it to you safely. However, if you receive any items that are damaged or faulty on arrival then we will issue a replacement product free of charge or offer a refund.

Please just let us know by contacting us before you return your order.

Damaged Products

We will replace any product that is damaged or faulty. Please contact us if you encounter any issues and we will send a replacement or refund. You may be asked to provide photos so that we can understand how the damage occurred, this will enable us to try and prevent it happening again in the future.


Refunds for Standard Purchases

We will refund or exchange any product if it is returned within 14 days of purchase. Please note it must be in its original state, unopened, unused and in original packaging. Please contact us prior to returning your item, we will provide you with the returns address and a mailing label.

Assuming we find the product(s) in good condition we will process your refund. Refunds will be made to your original payment method and depending on your payment issuers policies, there may be a couple of days’ delay in being credited.


Refunds for Subscription Purchases

We do not offer refunds for subscription purchases. If you wish to cancel your subscription please contact us 3 days prior to your recurring subscription date and we will cancel or amend your subscription.
